I founded Círculo de Creativas to help create a more connected, diverse, representative and supportive creative industry in Peru. What started as a response to the need for more women in leadership and stronger professional networks has grown into a community dedicated to fostering connection, visibility and growth among women across the advertising industry.

Today, we are a volunteer committee working together to create meaningful conversations, mentorship opportunities, events and initiatives that contribute to a more inclusive, human and diverse creative ecosystem. Through an active WhatsApp community of more than 250 members and our Instagram and Linkedin accounts, we continue to connect, support and amplify the voices of women across the industry. Now together across 14 countries.
